SMS Consent and Messaging Program

Last updated: August 2026

Program
Sagebrush Conversational SMS
Company
Sagebrush Mineral Group LLC, 2130 Osceola St, Denver, CO 80212

Sagebrush Mineral Group sends text messages only to mineral and royalty owners who have given us prior express consent. Messages are individual, person-initiated replies and follow-ups from our acquisitions staff. This is not a subscription, an automated marketing campaign, or a recurring broadcast.

Message frequency varies by conversation — typically only a few messages around your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe immediately and permanently. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the phone number or email above.

We never text numbers obtained from purchased lists, rented lists, public records, or any third-party data source. We do not share or sell opt-in data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

How you can opt in

There are three ways, and all three require your affirmative agreement. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of receiving a valuation or any other service.

1. On our contact form

On our contact page, beneath the phone number field, there is a single checkbox. It is unchecked by default, optional, and not bundled with any other agreement. It reads:

Yes, text me at the number above. By checking this box I agree to receive text messages from Sagebrush Mineral Group about my mineral interests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

If you tick it, the phone number field becomes required. If you leave it unticked, the form still submits and we will not text you.

2. Verbally, on a call you place to us

If you call us, our representative will ask, in these words:

May I text you at this number about your mineral interest? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. This is not a condition of working with us.

Only an explicit “yes” is accepted. The call is recorded and the recording is retained as evidence of your consent.

3. In writing, on a form you return to us

Our mail correspondence includes a reply form with a dedicated mobile number line and a separate tick box that is specifically and only about text messaging, printed with the same disclosures. Returning the form without ticking that box is not consent, and we will not text you. A specimen of that section appears below.

What we record

However you opt in, we store the mobile number, how and when consent was given, the exact wording you saw or heard, and a pointer to the underlying evidence — the form submission, the call recording, or the scanned page. These records are retained.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message. You will be unsubscribed immediately and permanently and will receive a single confirmation. You can also call or email us using the details at the top of this page.
