What to Expect After You Reach Out
What information do I need to provide initially?
Just your name, contact information, and the state and county where your mineral interest is located. We handle all the research from there. You do not need legal descriptions, division orders, or deed copies to get started.
How long does a valuation take?
A preliminary assessment is typically completed within 5 to 10 business days after our initial conversation. More complex interests involving multiple tracts, clouded title, or multi-state holdings may require additional time.
Is there any cost or obligation?
Absolutely none. Our valuations are complimentary and come with zero obligation. We believe that an informed mineral owner is the best kind of mineral owner, whether they ultimately choose to sell, lease, or hold.
Do you use sight drafts or bank drafts?
Never. Sagebrush MG funds all closings via wire transfer through a reputable title company. We do not mail unsolicited sight drafts, and we consider the practice deceptive.
